At APTOELLA, our goal is simple: to keep you protected and feeling confident in your game. We take great pride in the quality of our products and want them to serve you well for as long as possible.

Returns

• Unworn, unused items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund, minus original shipping costs.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom Items

• Customized products are final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Product Care & Lifespan

We don’t believe in rigid timelines for product life. The lifespan of protective gear varies greatly depending on use. For example, a high school winger will place significantly less strain on shoulder pads than a professional front-row player.

That said, most APTOELLA shoulder pads have an average lifespan of approximately 4 years, depending on frequency, intensity of play, and proper care.

Repairs & Support

Rather than hard-and-fast rules, we prefer a human approach.
If you experience an issue with your product, please contact us directly and include a photo. If a repair is possible, we will always do our best to fix it and extend the life of your gear.
