Order Processing

  • In-stock items ship within 1-2 business day(s) of purchase.

  • Out-of-stock or made-to-order items require 5–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Processing times do not include shipping transit time.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times vary depending on carrier and destination and are estimates only.

Canada & International Shipping

We ship within Canada and to select international destinations.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

  • APTOELLA is not responsible for delays caused by customs or carriers.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. APTOELLA is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and include photos if applicable. We will do our best to assist you.

Custom & Final Sale Items

Customized products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.
